We’re Lara & Sophia — two best friends from Hamburg who turned a playlist into an entire world. What started with our shared love for German indie music slowly became studio indie: a creative universe built around music, aesthetics, storytelling, and lifestyle.

Coming from backgrounds in fashion and media management, we’ve always been fascinated by how brands create emotions, identities, and communities. Through studio indie, we combine all of these passions into one project that feels deeply personal to us.

We believe in friendship, independence, and the kind of indie spirit that connects people through emotion, creativity, and authenticity. For us, studio indie is more than a brand — it’s a creative playground where we experiment, mix influences, and develop our own visual and artistic language without following strict rules.

Our inspiration comes from everyday moments, music culture, vintage aesthetics, films, late-night conversations, concerts, photography, and the emotional atmosphere surrounding indie music. We love creating things that feel raw, cinematic, nostalgic, and honest.

Innovation, for us, means creating something with personality and emotional value instead of simply following trends. We want to make indie culture feel modern, immersive, and emotionally relatable.
